[Fightcade] Summary of Fightcade Overclock Netplay(11/03/21 fixed)

                       To sum up my Overclock netplay research,

i summarize all of my works here in a short words. 

What Is Overclock Network play?

Like video of upside, reduce frame latency of leftside,

playing network games without frame lag like rightside.

Not only metal slug 2, but also all of games that support Fightcade2 or other emulators like kof97, samurai showdown series can use this options.

here is my recommendation to overclock netplay.

choose ways you want or possible.

1. Fightcade 1

I modified old ggpo's fba emulator that compatiable with fightcade1 emulator. 

you can use that at fc1 legacy server.

before you game start, cpu dialog will appear. 

pick same values with your partner, and start your game.

Romset and bios use with old fc1, if you need that, check romset.txt files at github repository url.

2. FIGHTCADE 2(11/03/21 fixed)

FC2 github build fixed sound bug problem.

before you game connect,

you will be able to play overclock option selectable,

and play with vanilla user without problem.

3. Kaillera Netplay

I modifed original latest FBNeo for kaillera.

i added some hacks and options(like cpu dialog appearing)

it has same process with fightcade netplay,

and same romset.

and with kaillera, you will be able to play 3~4 mode games.
