This Program is GUI tools

using FC1, FC2, FC2 Overclock emulator

without Fightcade Lobby Server.

this used with P2P direct connection with "port" and "external IP address"

this version was motivated by this tool's original developer, jicdoo's work.

with optimized latest version's emulator

my modified fightcade2 emulator, which enable cpu overclocking option at netplay.

with this tool, you will be able to adjust cpu overclock before you start.
