[Fightcade] Metal Slug 6 netplay settings for flycast(level-4, Blood-Unsensored)

 Currently, fightcade's metal slug 6 netplay settings are

1. Level-8 difficulties

2. Blood-Unsensored

But some people will be very hard for level8, so with this files, you will be able to play metal slug 6 as Level-4 at fightcade netplay. before you use this, you have to make your partner do the same this thing, and back-up your original files.
